Job Responsibilities Work with Marketing agency partners and key external and internal stakeholders to deliver best in class work and value for the brand.
Ensure optimised use of budget and agency management in line with the procurement policy.
Understand the customer, sector and market trends and drive for new and innovative ways of executing engaging campaigns, events and sponsorships.
Collate competitor activity and provide market insights.
Support the overall marketing team in day-to-day activities e.g.
invoicing, desk research, logistical planning, risk management etc Assist in the development of a consistent content plan for all social channels in line with FBD's brand, messaging and key business objectives.
Support the activation of key sponsorships including FBD Semple Stadium, Tipperary GAA, Ras Tailteann & FBD Connacht League Play a important role in elevating the brand presence of FBD at conferences, awards ceremonies and general events.
Contribute to the ongoing development FBD's ESG plan (Environmental, Social, Governance).
Demonstrate relentless focus on measurement & effectiveness across marketing activity and budgets.
Take action to ensure marketing delivers best the return on investment Support the development, implementation and evaluation of FBD Insurance's digital marketing strategy.
Work with the Trade Marketing Team to implement a contact strategy (email, SMS) for car and home product lines (incl.
connected consumer).
EducationWe are particularly interested in graduates who have a degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.Experiences Energy, enthusiasm, and an ability to work cross-functionally.
