Through various channels, you will attract, maintain and drive positive stakeholder engagement by developing high quality, engaging content for diverse stakeholder groups within the health ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:Creation of Engaging Content (Written, Audio, Video & Visual) for diverse stakeholder groups across the health ecosystem.Drive customer-centric experience across various channels, in collaboration with field representatives, to convert external insights into partnership opportunities for better patient outcomes.Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to determine subject matter for content creation. Writing, sourcing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for various channels of engagement.Conduct research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about relevant subject matter for given stakeholders across Patient Journeys and Health Systems.Develop KPIs on digital engagement and measure the impact of omnichannel activity.Who You Are:You have proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing within an affiliate. You enjoy working in a diverse, multicultural, fast-paced environment and are eager to act as a catalyst for advancing better patient outcomes.You hold a University degree (Scientific, Business, Communications, English, Journalism Degree, or related field). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.You have knowledge of the healthcare sector and previous pharmaceutical marketing experience (additional experience in sales is a bonus).You possess a solid understanding of written, visual, video and audio/podcast content creation with strong creative writing skills.You have proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).You have experience working cross-functionally.Who We AreAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
