About the jobWhether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be working within the EMEA's team responsible for acquiring customers on Google Ads via multiple channels and programs. You will focus on two areas: helping the team launch new AI powered/enhanced user journeys across the fully customer lifecycle (from acquisition to upsell and retention), leveraging 1P and 3P GenAI solutions, helping drive program efficiencies and delivering more personalized and effective user experiences for EMEA Small Medium Businesses (SMBs). In addition, you will also be acting as the team's growth consultant, accountable for developing business/program updates and insights and proposing initiatives to address them.
In this role, you will take part in the complete marketing experience as you look after every facet of the SMB customer acquisition and onboarding user's journey to get started and use Google Ads. You will work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, MarTech, Legal and more. The role enables you to break marketing silos to build a user-first journey.

ResponsibilitiesScope, build, and measure AI powered experiments across our marketing channels (e.g., Paid Media, Scaled Communications, Web) to create more efficient and effective user journeys helping customers get started on Google Ads and driving product adoption and business via scaled marketing campaigns.
Implement GenAI workflows in our marketing programs to drive effectiveness and operational/cost efficiencies. Advocateusage of GenAI tools in Marketing to help how we manage our marketing initiatives.
Leverage dashboards on performance versus goals and key performance indicators to monitor the health of the different initiatives and inform decision making for executive leadership.
Prepare presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business updates to executive Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
Work closely with global, local and regional cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, MarTech, gTech, Cloud).
