Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager located in Cork ideally with a retail agricultural background to oversee marketing strategies and initiatives across the company's retail branches.
This role demands a highly organised individual who can multitask and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and seasonal campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns.
Work with designers, suppliers, advertisers and agencies to manage artwork and advertising deadlines.
Use design platforms to create social media content.
Oversee all retail communications including social media management.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently across all channels.
Manage SEO and PPC campaigns and monitor web analytics.
Support the development of the retail marketing and e-commerce team.
Use sales reporting tools to analyse performance and optimise strategies.
Engage in continuous improvement projects as required.
Design and deliver presentations as required Manage the retail membership database.
Liaise with the CFO to maximise sponsorship opportunities.
Oversee sustainability initiatives for the Retail Division.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing and or relevant experience in a marketing role.
Proven experience in marketing management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing tools, and SEO/PPC strategies.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing a team.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, and common digital marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Canva, and Google Business etc.
Visual creativity.
Passionate social media enthusiast.
Key stakeholder management as part of change management.
