About the roleWe are now recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Marketing Manager for our Dairy Ingredients and Nutritional Ingredients business to help us realise our purpose of Reimagining Dairy. We are looking for a passionate B2B marketer, who has science or food based marketing experience, and who places the customer at the heart of everything that they do. It is an opportunity to join a fast paced dynamic team.
Key responsibilitiesResponsible for the successful development and delivery of the marketing plan and initiatives, containing clear strategies and tactics that will drive our business forward.Work closely with our business development and sales teams to ensure marketing plans and initiatives are fully aligned.Develop and deliver effective insight driven marketing collateral and partake in customer engagements.Lead business analysis projects to quantify our target markets, and inform our business.Lead marketing insights for the Strategic planning process, ensuring that the external market landscape is well understood and is informing our strategies.Support our R&D team to understand the market opportunity and customer needs to support new product development.Managing content, presence and interaction at key conferences, trade shows and scientific events.Support regular reporting of activities with impact for senior management team and key stakeholders.Staying up to date on the latest industry trends and practices and educate colleagues on these.It's a hybrid working role, the office is in Tralee. Qualifications and skillsMinimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Nutrition or Science3-5 years relevant experience in the Food, Beverage or Pharma IndustriesIdeally B2B marketing experienceDigital marketing experienceGood Communicator with experience of working with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrable success at anticipating customer needs, planning and actioning marketing projects to address these needs and measuring impact.Self-starter attitude and results driven.
