Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Benefit (DB) Client Service Team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Dublin.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The team works alongside the other DB administration teams located in both Dublin, Cork and offshore.
Administrators work within teams led by a Team Manager.
Additional roles to manage and support the DB business include Business Unit Leaders and Client Managers.
We will rely on you to: Manage a portfolio of premier clients ensuring highest level of accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure delivery of internal/external client specific service levels and that compliance deadlines are met Support and mentor the training and development of more junior colleagues on the client service team and provide support to other areas of the business as required Assist the DB Client Service team manager in the running and development of the team Ad hoc project work.
What you will need to have: Administration experience, ideally within pensions Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing a high level of customer service Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work High level of accuracy/attention to detail High level of problem-solving capability A keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration A good understanding of the relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations What makes you stand out: Defined Benefit pensions experience Industry related qualifications ideal e.g.
