Our client, a prominent and rapidly growing organization in Ireland, is expanding its team and seeking a talented Credit Admin Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated individual looking to further their career in credit administration within a thriving company.
About the Role In this role, youll be essential in managing the companys debt ledger and supporting the Credit Assistant Manager.
Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and updating customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency Processing payments, invoices, and credits while addressing customer queries Collaborating with teams across sales, pricing, and other departments to maintain smooth operations Generating reports and supporting day-to-day credit functions to meet business needs Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with peers Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in an accounts department (experience in credit or accounts receivable is advantageous) A solid understanding of debt ledgers, payment applications, and overdue management Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams Familiarity with SOX compliance and credit control practices is beneficial, though not required.
