Role Overview As an ESG Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing ESG processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
Reporting directly to the VP of Business Transformation and ESG, you will: Develop and embed best practice ESG reporting processes and controls.
Capture and analyze relevant data to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting obligations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, IT, Risk, and Technical, to deliver on key ESG projects.
Assist in the preparation of non-financial disclosures, such as EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities.
Support audits and identify opportunities to innovate and improve ESG processes.
This role is ideal for a newly qualified practice accountant making their first move into industry.

Your Profile Were seeking a qualified finance professional who embodies the following qualities: Qualifications: Recently qualified accountant, ideally trained in audit, with strong technical accounting skills.
Mindset: Data-driven, analytical thinker with the ability to interpret and present financial and non-financial information effectively.
Experience: Prior exposure to audit, internal audit, or commercial roles; knowledge of CSRD reporting requirements is a strong advantage.
Personal Attributes: Ambitious, articulate, and collaborative, with a passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
