We're looking for a skilled and driven Qualified Accountant eager to advance their career to join our Finance team in Clonmel.
This role offers a great chance for a newly certified accountant to gain invaluable experience in a dynamic setting within a growing company.
You'll collaborate closely with the CFO and other team members to support our accounting operations and play a key role in the company's financial achievements.
Role Overview This role involves preparing monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements, as well as managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
You'll handle month-end and year-end close processes and contribute to financial analysis and forecasting activities.
In addition, you will generate VAT reports and ensure timely ROS filing.
Collaborating with other departments, you'll provide financial insights to support decision-making and help establish strong financial control systems and processes.
Supporting the CFO, you will implement cost control measures, including data analytics and procedural documentation, and work with them to execute the finance strategy and annual action plan.
Your Profile We are looking for a recently certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in either practice or industry.
This candidate should have a strong system orientation, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and detail-oriented work ethic are essential, as well as the ability to take initiative and manage a varied workload while consistently meeting deadlines.
