About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our client's growing team.
This position is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and seamless support for employees.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive payroll expertise, a passion for precision, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: Complete and own weekly payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure data is received in the correct format and on time to meet agreed payroll deadlines.
Accurately document all payroll processes and procedures.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of statutory and legislative compliance.
Handle complex payroll queries promptly and efficiently.
Provide and maintain regular data, statistics, and reports.
Manage pension and union administration.
Oversee Benefits-in-Kind (BIK) administration.
Process and administer employee expenses.
Verify hours against fortnightly invoices.
Ensure company confidentiality and manage data per security policies.
Support and provide accurate information for the UK payroll process.
Assist in the rollout and management of Time Management Systems (TMS) for payroll and time management purposes.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar payroll role.
IPASS qualification is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent numeracy, computer skills, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Coins software is advantageous.
