Bring energy, knowledge, and innovation to carry out the following: Take custody of primary packaging and single-use materials BOM in the warehouse.
Perform wipe-ins and delayering through PSA from unclassified to grade D ahead of batch activity.
Set up and manage Kanban's in PSA and IPT and coordinate signals back to the existing warehouse for efficient transport of materials to the building.
Take custody of Kanban material in the warehouse, replenishing existing Kanbans.
Liaise with facilities, ensure vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and replenishment of the same is in place.
Ensure SAP material accuracy and visibility in IPT, completing Prod 183 cycle counting and ensuring accurate consumption of material to process orders.
Develop as a SAP SME, promoting and raising the proficiency of SAP usage with IPT.
Monitor ambient capacity levels and ensure spaces are allocated as per the agreed allocation strategy (key backup batches available for critical materials).
Monitor 2-8 capacity levels and organize timely transfer of materials to the main site 2-8 warehouse.
RequirementsSkills Required: Experience in working in a GMP environment.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record of working within a well-established, high-performing team.
Previous warehousing experience.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, light computer skills, FDA experience.
Proactive attitude towards their work and ability to multitask when required.
Excellent knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and job-related computer applications.
Excellent time management skills - have demonstrated ability to meet strict timelines.
