Materials Co-Ordinator (Shift)

The purpose of the role is to organise all materials pertaining to operational effectiveness of ASL Airlines by both system and relationship management.
Key Accountabilities:Source spares for AOG/CFD requirements for all ASLI fleets.Arrange transportation of spares for AOG and CFD requirements.Chase outstanding orders with suppliers to meet required deadlines.Build working relationships with existing and new suppliers.Ensure cost effectiveness in all areas of the logistics support functions.Keep data up to date within the stock control system.Comply with the requirements of the ASL MMOE and relevant Engineering procedures.Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
