You willlead & oversee the packaging department in a high-volume manufacturing setting to ensure consumer products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Team Leadership: Build and empower teams, ensuring they are skilled, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety and regulatory standards to meet internal and external requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize equipment usage.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, corporate teams, and external stakeholders to solve problems and align on objectives.
Budget & Targets: Plan and monitor budgets, and meet financial and production goals.
Technical Oversight: Oversee technical aspects like maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of packaging lines.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
Expertise in plant operations, maintenance, high-volume production, FDA/GMP compliance.
Skilled in TPM pillars (AM, PM, EEM/IIM), installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and capability building.
Proficient in team leadership, business vision communication, production forecasting, and SAP systems.
