Proclinical are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to oversee a dedicated team.
This role involves coordinating and delivering infrastructural change projects as well as ensuring overall project success.
The successful candidate will be required to motivate team members, resolve issues that may occur and adhere to project governance and standards.Responsibilities:Weekly coordination with the Facilities & Construction PMO program of infrastructural change projects.Delivery of allocated infrastructural change projects within the project constraints of time, budget, scope and quality.Be responsible for overall success of infrastructural change projects for the site.Adhering to and managing the control of project governance in line with EHSOP13.010.Manages infrastructural change projects to solve problems and implement improvements with well-defined plans and delivery methodologiesBe accountable for overall project process, performance and customer satisfactionExecute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements in line with overall site strategy.Identify core team resources needed for individual projects and assign responsibilities.Ensure effective stakeholder management and establish processes for communication and escalation.
Through effective information flow and interaction, develop harmonious working relations with other functional representatives within the project core teams.Collaborate with external construction design team, consultants, construction PM on scoping, planning and delivery of all projects.Support Senior Facilities Manager and site leadership in developing short, medium and long term spatial strategy plans.Executes daily activities, always adhering to the Facilities & Construction PMO Code of Ethics, bounded by honesty, fairness, respect, and accountability.Key Skills and Requirements:Third Level 8 Degree or higher in Project Management, Civil or Mechanical EngineeringProven relevant experience in a similar type role is a necessityAbility to lead and collaborate effectively proactively in cross-functional teamsGood understanding of project managementPMP Professional accreditation is beneficial.Proficient oral and written communication skills with interpersonal skillsGood organizational, presentation and project management skills
