Key Responsibilities: Assess project scheduling requirements and assist in completing project schedules, 12-week look-ahead, and progress reports, while identifying potential issues or roadblocks for the Main Contractor or company contracts manager Perform regular safety walks on-site and provide reports to the site supervisor for resolution Carry out regular quality walks on-site and report findings to the site supervisor for follow-up Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring timely completion, reporting of roadblocks, and follow-up for swift resolution Requirements: * Mechanical trade or Engineering background essential * Minimum of 5 years' experience * Excellent communication and organisation skills required * Familiarity with CAD & BIM preferred (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
* Excellent IT skills required - MS Office/Excel * A knowledge of database systems such as file-maker would be advantageous Location: Co.
