Mechanical Contracts Manager

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Mechanical Engineering contractor working on large scale industrial and semi-conductor projects in Kildare & commercial projects in Dublin.Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projectsEnsure structures are put in place to monitor, review and control the budgeted or agreed expenditureImplement cost and value procedures and ensure that all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and in a timely fashion to Senior ManagementWork closely with the Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, to identify any potential risks or issues and to find an appropriate resolution.Issue monthly progress reports for Senior Management/DirectorsWork collaboratively with Senior Management to continue to achieve business needs.Foster productive, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersJob RequirementsRelevant experience in mechanical contractingCredible technical ability, with a minimum of 15 years' experience working in Building Services for the contractorA self-starter who can work to deadlines on multiple projects simultaneouslyHave worked as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or as a Senior Project Manager in Ireland or UKProven track record of managing Mechanical projects from initial stages through to handoverAn ability to deal with complexityGood Microsoft Office Suite skillsGood communicator at all levelsTravel requiredPackageCompetitive salary open to negotiation on Experience and QualificationsFull time Permanent Role
