With offices in Dublin, London, Northern Ireland and Middle East, they work with clients in providing tailored Mechanical & Electrical design services on new build and refurbishment projects which comply with the latest energy regulations, are sustainable in design and operation, and are cost-effective.Undertake the design of mechanical services for designated medium to large projectsVentilation and Air ConditioningWater ServicesHeating ServicesMedical and Industrial GasesChilled WaterProactively seek all required information from Project Lead to ensure delivery of designs on time and on budgetEnsure comprehensive documentation and audit trail is maintained for all projects in line with quality management system.Act as Project Lead on small projectsUndertake detailed designs & calculationsProduction of CAD drawings & Revit MEP modelsPreparation of specifications & reportsUndertake site condition surveys in conjunction with senior staffRequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services5 years' experience Mechanical Building Services Design rolesExperienced in CAD & Revit MEP ModelsPackageSalary €50K- €65K + depending on level of experience.Permanent Staff Role with great career development
