This company specialises in providing mechanical & electrical solutions to top tier, blue chip clients such as Google, Facebook, Glaxosmithkleine etc. With contract values in excess of €100million, you will get the opportunity to leverage your project manager skills on prestige builds across Dublin.
Duties and Responsibilities: The PM will be required to assist in the front end design planning and procurement with the project team. Prepare the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensure smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract. Endeavour to identify and predict potential bottlenecks and delays and action remedies. Keep the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues. Chair and minute project review meetings. Review project scope, and manage the budget and schedule. Participate in design reviews. Manage safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures. Submit requirements and justifications for resources such as materials, tools, equipment and manpower. Agree valuations and final accounts with contractors and sub-contractors. Review issues to drive continuous improvement. Necessary Skills and Requirements: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience, as a Project Management M+E, ideally mechanically biased. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Have a proven track record of seeing projects through to their successful completion with a degree of autonomy.
