Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor Excel are delighted to partner a leading Irish residential developer in hiring a seasoned Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor to support their growing Team in managing the M&E design and installation on high-density residential projects.
This role is based in Dublin on a permanent and full-time basis.
Reporting to the Building Services Manager, this role focuses on ensuring quality installations, supervising subcontractors, and coordinating with design and site teams.
Key Responsibilities for Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor Monitor and resolve M&E installation quality issues across multiple projects.
Implement and develop M&E quality systems and online management portals.
Supervise M&E subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
Assist construction teams with on-site problem solving and design coordination.
Conduct quality audits and inspections and manage documentation.
Support aftercare services by troubleshooting M&E issues.
Coordinate with utility providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements for Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor M&E background with relevant certification; further education in M&E Engineering is a plus.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PM software and a focus on quality and deadlines.
Willingness to travel between sites; full driving license required.
