Mechanical Engineer

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Limerick. This role has a high level of technical responsibility and requires strong mechanical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with customers, engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and in-house resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Project scheduling and resource planning to meet customer requirements.Maintaining accurate records of all process steps.Key Requirements:1-3 years of experience in an engineering role within a similar environment.Third-level qualification (minimum Level 8) in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Precision, or Manufacturing).Strong ability to read technical drawings.Experience with 2D and 3D modeling software applications.Flexibility, dynamism, and excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Technical mindset with proven problem-solving ability in a mechanical design engineering environment.Account ownership and business development skills to manage and grow key accounts.Educational Requirements:Level 8 in an Engineering Discipline.
