Job Description Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support on a number of our existing projects across the central belt region of Ireland.
What you would do: Air Handling Unit Maintenance - Inspect supply fan drives pulleys for wear and tear, driven belt tension and fan impeller for damage or material impingement.
AC Maintenance - check all electrical connections, condenser fan, temperatures and pressures etc.
Boiler Maintenance - check flue soundness, ensure guard is fitted, check condensate drainage system etc.
Calorifier Maintenance - check insulation, valves, settings and outlet temperature.
Pump Maintenance & Booster Sets Maintenance - check motor starter, connections and seals for leaks.
TMV Valves Maintenance - check hot and cold water supply, filters and temperatures.
General maintenance of smoke & fire dampers, pressurisation units, AOV and fan coil units.
General maintenance of plumbing, pipework, taps and leaks.
Qualifications Previous experience in a hands-on, mechanical maintenance role Experience of Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, pump and boiler maintenance Full drivers license Additional Information Having an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic and innovative organisation.
