Our client specialises in Mechanical Services within the Commercial, Industrial and Residential sector. With 105 staff currently on the books at the company, and projects confirmed in the pipeline for the next three years, this opportunity provides a brilliant scope of work in a variety of different projects now and in the future.
The right candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar Mechanical Project Management role, along with excellent management skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with clients and be the first point of contact for any questions or queries.
The main responsibilities of this role include reporting to the Contracts Manager on a regular basis, supplying regular reports, coordinating all aspects of the project with subcontractors, and dealing with any issues or queries in a timely manner.
This role is permanent, so job security is guaranteed! You will be embedded into the team straight away and will be able to get stuck into the fantastic scope of work that the company has to offer. Our client would really like the right candidate to be able to hit the ground running, so previous experience in a similar role is essential.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Relevant Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Project Management5+ years in a similar roleFantastic communication skillsExperience in maintaining and managing client relationshipsExperience in leading projects to completionThis opportunity comes with a fantastic salary compared to the industry average, along with benefits such as a fully covered company vehicle, company pension scheme, and all travel expenses covered on site visits.
