Mechanical Supervisor

AA Euro Group is partnering with a mechanical contractor to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor/Foreman for a high-profile project in Cork, Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor to play a key role in delivering a successful mechanical package.

The Role: Site Safety Management: Ensure that all on-site activities comply with safety regulations. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Mechanical Manager to maintain high quality standards. Daily Operations Oversight: Manage all day-to-day on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractor tasks, tracking project progress, and monitoring manpower levels. Labour Tracking: Submit direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for centralized tracking. Meetings and Coordination: Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering discussions, and handover meetings as required. Additional Duties: Perform all other tasks associated with the role to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: An engineering qualification or a strong trade background in the mechanical field. Proven experience in supervising mechanical installations in construction or similar sectors. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage project activities and teams effectively. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.). Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
