Medical Administrator Centric Health would like to invite you to submit your CV for the role of Medical Administrator & Receptionist at The Park Clinic, The Park, Cabinteely, Dublin 18, D18 C984. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and reception support to both staff and patients. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent patient care while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Specific Job Details: Contract: Perm Part-Time
Hours: 15 hours per week
Working Pattern: Thursday and Friday
Location: The Park, Cabinteely, Dublin 18, D18 C984
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Answering all incoming calls and re-directing as appropriateMeeting & greeting all patients to the PracticeCash handling and issuing of receiptsMaintaining GMS recordsPreparing prescriptionsScanning and filingAny other duties assigned by the Practice Manager or GPRequirements: 1-2 years administration/reception/customer service experience requiredExperience working in a fast-paced environment is essentialExcellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skillsStrong multi-tasking skillsWillingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiativeExcellent organisational skillsFlexible attitude to changing work practicesKey Skills: The ability to remain calm, professional, and polite in dealing with our patients and colleaguesPersonal IntegrityBe professional in your approach to your workBe honest and reliableBe trustworthy and respectfulTeamworkBuild and maintain good relationships with all colleaguesBe willing to take on jobs to balance the team workloadAim to communicate well with people at all levelsManaging ChangeWelcome and embrace change, with a positive attitudeDevelop yourself and othersBe motivated to learn and developSupport, encourage, and motivate othersCoach, guide, and give constructive feedback to othersKey Experience: Excellent written and spoken English is a requirement for this role.
