Hourly rate:€18.36 Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the medical team.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with patient referrals and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
Prepare and process medical reports, letters, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and coordinated patient care.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Medical Secretary is essential.
Strong audio typing skills, with a typing speed of 50-60 wpm.
Proficiency in medical terminology, with knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and terminology being advantageous.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
