Job Title: Medical Secretary - Grade III Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Hourly Rate: €16.32 per hour Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, on-site About the Role: We are seeking a Medical Secretary to join a busy clinic in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
This is a full-time position for an initial three-month contract.
The successful candidate must be available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities: Managing clinic schedules and appointments.
Providing administrative support to medical staff.
Handling patient queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Preparing and maintaining accurate medical records.
Medical typing and transcription of clinical correspondence.
General office administration duties, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Desirable Experience: Previous experience working in a busy clinic environment.
Proficiency in medical typing or transcription.
