Full Time 35hrs per week
Payrate- €18.30- €28.61 Depending on previous public sector experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Temporary Medical Secretary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities include: Managing patient appointments and schedulingHandling medical records and confidential informationCoordinating communication between medical staff and patientsPreparing and processing medical documents and correspondenceAnswering phone calls and responding to inquiriesMaintaining office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothlyQualifications:
- Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or similar role
- Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Audio typing/ Dictation is an advantage
Duration: Temporary 3 month initial contract
