Medical Secretary

We are looking for a personable capable secretary with excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and someone who enjoys multi-tasking.Main duties & ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate with report to the practice Manager and their main duties will include;1)     Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail2)     Providing personal assistant support to medical staff3)     Answering phone calls and arranging appointment4)     Writing letters and recording medical notes5)     Ensuring medical laboratory samples are properly labelled6)     Filing and typing up medical reports7)     Scanning medical records8)     Billing and maintaining patient accounts  Experience and essential attributes:We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a busy professional office environment and likes to work in a busy friendly environment.Must be proficient in using the Microsoft office suite and be able to demonstrate the same.Excellent attention to detail is essential.Remuneration €31,746 per annum + 20 days holidays, continuous education.Desirable experienceTrained in PhlebotomyImmediate start
