Medical Receptionist/Secretary- Cork City Full-time-Monday-Friday- Permanent Contract Immediate Start Available Free Parking On-site Salary based on experience My client based in Cork City are looking for a Secretary to join their busy Private Practice on a full-time bases.
This individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining patient records, and providing secretarial support.
Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls) in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and patient consultations.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is kept up to date.
Process new patient registrations and manage existing patient information.
Schedule patient appointments, tests, and follow-up visits, managing any changes or cancellations Handle any additional duties assigned by management to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements: Medical Secretary certification or formal training in medical administration (preferred).
Experience of working in a Health Care environment would be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Have the ability to work on your own initiative while also been able to work successfully as part of a team.
