Our client, a leading entertainment company in Dublin, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Memberships and Events Assistant Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile members' club and event space, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for the members and partners.
Role Description
As the Memberships and Events Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with valued members and partners. You'll deliver exceptional service both in the office and at the club, driving loyalty and retention. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth operation of club events, from planning to execution, and contribute to the growth of their memberships and events department.
Who You Are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience:A minimum of 2 years of experience in an F&B Assistant Manager role at a high-quality restaurant or hotel.Flexibility to manage work demands during the week, at night, and on weekends.Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.Strong organisational and planning skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.Exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Behaviours:Passionate about improving processes and systems.Strong communicator who excels at working with a team.A natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset.A collaborative team player with a desire to innovate and grow.Key Responsibilities:Provide members with professional and efficient account management services via phone and email.Manage and maintain the members' accounts using the booking system, ensuring a smooth process.Coordinate and administrate show planning, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly.Attend team meetings and collaborate on departmental planning and management.On show nights, ensure the smooth running of the assigned club floor, including staffing, equipment checks, and ensuring all operational needs are met.Oversee the setup for show days, including briefing staff, monitoring performance, resolving any issues, and conducting cash reconciliations and sales reporting.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and follow up on any operational concerns.Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff for the private members' club.Collaborate on operational planning for events as needed.Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management.What We Offer:A competitive salary with benefits.The opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting entertainment environment.A supportive team culture focused on innovation and growth.Career development opportunities within a large, reputable company.If you're a passionate and driven individual with a background in F&B management and a desire to excel in membership and event management, we'd love to hear from you!
