Mep Bim Coordinator - M&E Contractor

Are you a MEP BIM Coordinator with 3+ years previous Revit MEP experience in the construction / building services field.
?This is a permanent role based in Carrick on Shannon.MEP BIM Coordinator - M&E Contractor - LeitrimOur client are a leading Irish MEP contractor.Modelling, drawing and coordinating, mechanical and electrical designs, to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work.
Attendance on weekly internal model and design team meetings and project BIM meetings with the main contractors.
Ensuring the latest models, drawings and designs from all other stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site team of any changes to these models or drawings.
Generating revit models from the senior engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux).
Creation of revit families where manufactures files are not available.
Model Skids & Modules to allow K&M offsite to manufacture and deliver to site.
Manage clash reporting and clash resolution between disciplines.
Maintain ACC / BIM360 cloud Models & reporting.
Provide technical assistance to project team where required while project is ongoing.
Integration of Cloud Point Surveys.
Ensure compliance with all project BIM documentation.
