Job DescriptionOur client is involved in the Design, Installation and Service of water purification systems for the Healthcare, Industrial, Municipal & Pharmaceutical sectors.Accurate BIM MEP modelingDevelop accurate 2D from BIM modelCreate Revit familiesCoordination and clash assessments and reportsLiaising with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineers, and project managersAssisting engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprintsInvolvement in multiple projects simultaneouslyRequirementsMinimum relevant NFQ Level 6 qualification2-3 year's experience in a similar role on large scale MEP projectsProficient in the use of 2D/3D CAD, Navisworks and RevitExcellent technical writing and communication skillsFluent English speakerMust exhibit strong organisational skills and strong detail-oriented work style, as well as an accommodating and proactive attitudeWork in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projectsStrong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitudeIT Literate and Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookProficiency in MS Project is an advantagePackageSalary negotiable depending on experience.Healthcare contributionPension schemeLife insuranceAnnual bonus
