MEP Project Manager- Dublin Competitive Salary + Package + Transport + Bonus + Pension Our Client, a Tier contractor Operating on a nationwide basis is urgently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager.
Our client is very busy within the Data centre sector and this role offers the successful applicants an opportunity to work on the latest Hyperscale and Technology Systems.
As MEP Project Manager you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of MEP systems, ensuring that MEP designs are implemented effectively, projects are completed on time, within the budget, and quality and safety standards are met.
This role will be based in Dublin West and our client offers flexibility in terms of site start/finish times.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly and ensure integrated project execution.
* Manage the implementation of MEP designs ensuring that MEP systems are installed & maintained correctly and function as intended.
* Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship and reliability.
* Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
* Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* 8+ years post qualification experience with 3-4 years on Data centre projects.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, engineering principles, and industry standards.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Proficiency in project management software & tools.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
