Role Description: ?????? We are currently looking for a MES specialist to join our team, based in Limerick.
In this role, you'll assist with the deployment and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Generic Manufacturing Batch Records (GMBRs), and equipment data.
This is a Permanent position with no shift requirement.
What you'll do: Assisting in the review and approval of MES project deliverables.
Helping to review MES design specifications using provided templates.
Supporting the completion and review of MES documentation like Config Spec (MESCS) and Trace Matrices (TMs).
Participating in Pre-PE executions and testing of MES records.
Assisting in plant testing (Shakedowns) with the MFG SME team.
Ensuring documentation meets compliance and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Supporting documentation approval workflows.
Assisting in reviewing data for OPM recipe builds supporting the MES.
Helping with MES deployment support and process area readiness.
Assisting in sustaining and closing out MES records post-deployment.
Supporting MFG launch activities and hypercare on the production floor.
What you need: ??? Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role BS/BA/BEng in a technical discipline Have some knowledge or experience with MES, preferably Werum PAS/X.
Possess basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Have good analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
