My name is Stella Kuit and I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
I approach my work from a collaborative person-centred stance, providing a non-
judgemental space within which to explore and reflect on life experiences, goals and
challenges. With a belief that every individual has the capacity to change and to live an
authentic version of themselves, I apply an integrative approach which combines
Humanistic, Existential and CBT perspectives.
I have a particular interest in neurodiversity and working with late diagnosed/late discovery
Autistic and ADHD adults. I am a strong advocate for positive psychology and the
importance of having a well-lived, meaningful and fulfilling life. I also consider there to be
great value in the role of literature in learning to better understand our life experiences and
relationships.
