Key areas of responsibility (include but not limited to): Water analysis to ensure compliance with monographs Stock Control Hygiene audits Identification of Bacteria Microbial limit Testing on Finished Product Microbial analysis on Raw Materials Growth Promotion Testing Analyst training Calibration of all Micro Lab Equipment Temperature mapping of incubators and fridge's Liaison with QC, Stores and Sales concerning release of product Preparation of batch records for release of product Carry out trend analysis on results Liaise with other departments (Stability, Validation QA, Registration) Attendance of relevant microbiological courses relating to the position Other duties may be required from time to time Key Requirements: Life Science Degree or Equivalent Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
