Responsibilities Senior Consultant-level customer engagements on D365 CRM, Business Applications and client strategy. Contribute to running our Business Solutions practice and enhance our support capability. Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations, application modernisation, security & business outcomes. Deliver technical leadership on our engagements and provide feedback around the evolution of the solution. Support D365 focused sales support, including estimating, high-level solution development, delivery strategy, and workshop delivery. Collaborate with business and strategy teams to unlock sales opportunities. Provide technical training to customers' technical resources. Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility. Deliver best in class, Microsoft focused, modern solutions to a wide variety of industries. Provide support to the technical support team. Skills, Knowledge And Expertise Excellent facilitation, presentation & communication skills – both verbal and written. Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in ambiguous situations. A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Ability to travel depending on client/project location, based in Galway. Consultants with a 'can-do' and motivated attitude with a focus on delivery to our client requirements.
