Key Responsibilities: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners/vendors.Contribute to projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies (Azure, SharePoint, IoT, AI).Follow established software development and release management processes.Draft detailed specifications and coordinate with offshore development teams.Implement technical updates and offer advanced application support.Engage with end-users to enhance system performance and security.Document workflows and monitor system health.Requirements: Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms.Proven expertise across various industry sectors.Strong skills in software development and methodologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Microsoft Certifications are a plus.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.Proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, including data and system integration.Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated platforms.#LI-JM2
