RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across an omnichannel mix including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads.Forecast monthly, annual, and campaign-specific KPIs based on data-driven insights.Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and various social media platforms including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Manage campaign budgets to ensure spend is optimally paced and delivered in full and on-time.Optimise campaigns to achieve client objectives, such as lead generation or conversion optimisation.SEO & ContentApply SEO best practices to boost organic search visibility for client websites and content.Work with the content team to devise SEO-driven content strategies.Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic and performance.Perform website audits to identify areas for improvement.Analysis & ReportingConduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media channels.Distil data into insights and align performance metrics to overall business and marketing objectives.Assist Senior Digital Strategist with the development of measurement frameworks and KPIs, ensuring alignment of performance to overarching marketing and business objectives.Generate regular reports highlighting performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.Develop and maintain visually appealing and easy-to-understand client-facing dashboards through Supermetrics and Looker Studio.Utilise data to optimise campaigns and improve overall performance.Skills RequiredUnderstanding of Digital StrategyUnderstanding of fundamental digital marketing principles and strategies.Ability to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies.Digital PlatformsExperience with various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Familiarity with organic social media platforms and their analytics tools.Understanding the Role of ChannelsKnowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of different digital marketing channels.Ability to select the most appropriate channels based on campaign objectives and target audience.Digital AnalyticsAbility to derive meaningful and actionable insights from data.Knowledge of Supermetrics for automated reporting and Looker Studio (Data Studio) for data visualisation would be beneficial.Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and event tracking would be beneficial.Aligning & Understanding Metrics to ObjectivesStrong understanding of key performance metrics and their alignment with business objectives.Ability to track and measure the success of digital campaigns against predetermined goals.This role demands a candidate with a solid digital marketing foundation, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the proficiency to effectively manage and optimise digital campaigns across diverse channels.
