We shape our cooperation transparently and fulfil our tasks and responsibilities with great passion Position Summary Gluing Machine Operator will be responsible for effective operation, maintenance and Improvement of Process, Standards and Controls.
They will conduct coaching and training of other team members technically in terms of process compliance and discipline required to achieve high levels of Safety, Quality and Machine Performance Uphold all health Health, Safety, Environment and Hygiene guidelines and procedures that are in place.
Analysing quality, production and process potentials Train and coach team members in process, equipment operation and compliance.
Monitor performance and compliance to routines and standards.
Maximise work output and minimised unplanned downtime and maximise conformance to schedule.
Ensure compliance to all quality systems to prevent sub-standard products reaching the customer Reporting of any incidents, breakdowns or delays to Department Manager in a timely manner.
Responsible for the productivity of your shift in a timely and safe environment.
