Position Overview:   The Mobile Phone Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Excellent customer service is crucial, as the technician will often interact directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:   • Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately diagnose issues with mobile phones and tablets, including hardware and software problems.
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and water damage restoration.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standard, and all devices are tested thoroughly before returning them to customers.
