Who is Sprout?
It started with a tomato.
A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe cookery school, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business and the rest is Sprout.
Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo it, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca in to seven sites across Dublin/Kildare and it's own farm (with many more planned!)
At Sprout, we are all about growing, whether that be our food, our business, our teams or ourselves.
Our people are integral to the work we do and showing the world that healthy food does not have to be boring or tasteless.
Position Overview: Our team is what makes the Sprout experience for our customers and keeps them coming back again.
They are the face of the company and provide exciting and memorable interactions for our customers.
They want to come back to see you as much as they want to come back for the food.
Is it all fun all the time?
Well we have very high standards- so that means we have to get our hands dirty to ensure we have the best looking restaurants.
But anything can be fun if you are working with the right people!
You will need to be 'performance ready' each time you walk onto the service line.
You will be making our meals in front of our customer's eyes- you will need to have a good memory to ensure the right ingredients are going into the right dishes.
