They are looking for an experience Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow and utilise your experience in an established company.
This role is fully on-site in their Galway office.
Responsibilities: Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Track and analyse social media performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Plan and refine Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure success.
Keep company websites updated with relevant content, optimised for SEO, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with teams to ensure unified messaging across channels and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Create and execute employee-focused initiatives, including email and survey campaigns, to engage current, former, and prospective staff.
Produce and optimise multimedia content-photos, videos, graphics, blogs, and newsletters-for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Assist with pre-qualification and tender processes, developing project details, case studies, and presentation materials to support submissions.
Requirements: A passion for storytelling and brand engagement, with the ability to create meaningful narratives that connect with audiences and enhance brand identity.
Proven expertise in growing and managing digital accounts, demonstrating strategic thinking and a focus on achieving measurable results.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, coupled with a flair for visual storytelling and creating engaging, high-quality content.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and identify opportunities that align with business goals and audience interests.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling seamless collaboration across departments and fostering a cohesive work environment.
Familiarity with keyword research, basic SEO principles, and content performance analysis to optimise digital campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring multiple projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
