Our Cork based client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain varied experience across an ever-expanding business within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Invoicing & Statements Income Reconciliations Monthly payroll processing Bank Reconciliations Credit Control Medical cost refund claims Co-ordination of insurance schemes Collating information for grant schemes Oversee submission of financial accounts Collection of fees and fines Monthly administration of company pension scheme Support to other departments On-going administration of company health insurance policies Key Requirements: Minimum of two years' experience in an Accounts Department Strong numeric skills and experience in accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and credit control Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel Experience with a computerized accounting package, ideally SAP Business One Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Excellent planning and organizational skills Strong time management Thorough knowledge of payroll processing including payroll taxes, holidays, and benefits Hybrid working available with the expectation of a return to office working in time Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
