As the Food Safety and Quality Manager based in Dublin, you'll have the chance to drive continuous improvement, lead a dedicated team, and ensure products meet and exceed regulatory and customer expectations.
Responsibilities: Provide Food Safety and Quality support across all areas of production, storage, and transport, including supplier, processing, and product management.
Implement and manage Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in line with current legislation and prescribed standards.
Lead the internal HACCP team and maintain standards through an internal auditing program.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities (HSE, FSAI) and ensure legal compliance, including participation in regulatory, third-party, and customer audits and inspections.
Manage supplier and product approval protocols.
Align the Management Team with Food Safety and Quality (FS&Q) objectives.
Define and manage finished product quality standards.
Conduct audits to ensure FSMS compliance and resolve identified issues with the team.
Ensure Food Safety training requirements are up to date and review training materials to meet standard requirements.
Address and resolve FSQ operational issues and consumer complaints satisfactorily.
Maintain site hygiene and pest control standards.
Report on Food Safety and Quality performance against established targets.
Requirements: Science/ Food Science Qualification Essential Min 3-5 years technical Quality management experience HACCP/Food Safety Management systems knowledge Experience in implementing and managing QMS Flexibility, quick learner, problem solver, good communication and good organisational skills Full Driver's License and access to own car is required Approved to work in the EU If you are interested in this role, please click the apply button or contact Nicole at or call .
