We are seeking an Operations Accountant to work closely with operational and finance leadership, supporting the smooth running of multiple sites and delivering actionable insights.

About the Role In this role, you will: Partner with operations to manage a significant operational spend, ensuring effective communication between finance and operational teams.
Take ownership of financial and administrative controls across multiple plants, focusing on robust processes and cost control.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark plant performance and influence decision-making around cost efficiency and operational improvements.
Lead monthly operational reporting, including variance analysis, and provide insightful presentations to senior finance stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and year-end operational spend, ensuring alignment with group strategies and processes.
What We're Looking For A qualified accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within the SME sector.
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a non-structured environment.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to challenge and drive improvements.
