An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join our client's team, a well-established multinational tech company based in South Dublin City-on a 6-month contract.
This hybrid role offers a balance of two days on-site and three days working from home.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
There is potential for this position to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the inter company month-end process, managing reconciliations, payment applications, and foreign exchange gains and losses.
Liaising closely with the Statutory preparation team during the preparation and audit processes.
Responsible for the payroll accounting under US GAAP for EMEA and APAC subsidiaries, sharing responsibilities with two other team members.
Oversee the audit schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within internal deadlines.
Key Requirements: Fully Qualified Accountant 2-3 years post-qualification experience Prior experience in a multinational organisation is advantageous Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset Strong proficiency in IT skills Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
