Due to our ongoing success and expanding customer base, we are seeking a Support Analyst to assist our team in delivering exceptional reporting and analytics support to our clients.
Responsibilities Manage and resolve customer queries through the company's support portal, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and guide them in producing tailored reports and analytics.
Assist clients in designing and developing insightful visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau and our proprietary analytics platform.
Work with the product team to address evolving customer requirements by suggesting and implementing system improvements.
Partner with internal teams to enhance overall product functionality and service offerings.
Requirements Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in software support or project management is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A flexible, solution-focused approach and a positive attitude.
Bonus Skills: Experience with CoreHR/PeopleXD or Tableau is highly desirable.
