You will be providing crucial support to our mortgage brokers and clients throughout the home-buying journey whilst enjoying that Benefits that come with such an established brand.
Key Responsibilities: -Application Management -Lender Liaison -Documentation & Compliance -Administrative Assistance Experience: - +2 years Previous experience in a similar role (preferably within financial services or mortgage industry).
Strong Communication: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Organisational Skills: -High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Irish Mortgage Market: -Familiarity with Irish mortgage regulations and lending practices is advantageous.
Benefits: -Competitive salary of €30,000 - €40,000, depending on experience.
-20 days annual leave (entitled to one extra day's leave per three calendar years of service up to a maximum of 8 days) -+ 5 company days per year (4 days over Christmas and Good Friday) -+ An additional half day's leave for your birthday -+ Volunteer leave (1 day per year) -Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Parents Leave, Matrimonial Leave) -Eligible to become a Member of the Group's Pension scheme -Flexible/Hybrid working arrangements with access to SF offices across Dublin and regional locations where required.
