Due to the significant growth in the business, we are expanding our team to hire our first ever dedicated Partner Manager to lead our MSP partnership growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MSP Partner Manager to help drive growth.
The successful candidate will be accountable for acquiring and developing new MSP Partners and MSP Distributors that align with the company's business objectives, while also ensuring existing partnerships are nurtured and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner management, business development, and a strong knowledge of the MSP market.
Cyber experience is a plus!
Your mission: Stay up to date with MSP industry trends, landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curveAchieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned MSP partner accountsDrive strategic business planning with key partners to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationshipBuild strong relationships with the sales field and collaborate cross-functionally with key SailPoint stakeholders, fostering a "one team" cultureLeverage Salesforce, Clari and PRM to track sales activities, take care of leads, and generate accurate forecastsCollaborate closely with sales leadership to enhance field scalabilityContinuously monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize resultsYour profile: At least 3 years of professional experience as MSP Partner Manager or MSP Partner Implementation experienceAnalytical, technical and a solid strategic planning abilityExperience leading product demos and product enablement virtual and in person meetingsExperience with common MSP topics such as integration, whitelisting, whitelabeling, tenant architecture, revenue models, user access management/AD managementStrong awareness of managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.Proven results in a partner-oriented sales environmentKnowledge of SaaS, sales and partner management in fast-growing software companiesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation techniquesFluency in EnglishFluency in German will be considered a strong asset.Why Us?
